The Client and Provider One agree not to disclose each other's confidential information without prior written consent unless required or authorised by Australian Law and/or Parliament.

Provider One will take all reasonable steps to ensure adequate security of private information of the client or provided by the client.

The client acknowledges that notwithstanding any or all efforts by Provider One, its employees, contractors or associates, no data transmission over the internet or wireless network can be guaranteed.

The client acknowledges that security and privacy limitations exist which are beyond reasonable control and the security, integrity, and privacy of any or all information and data exchanged between the client and Provider One and may be at risk of being accessed or tampered with in transit by a third-party.

The client irrevocably releases Provider One in relation to any claim regarding confidential information which may arise in relation to any unauthorised access, use, loss, replication, or any other dealing of any kind which arises under any situation applicable to this clause.
