What is the difference between Core Access and All Access?
Core Access includes our Certification Do-It-Yourself pack - everything you need to register as an NDIS provider delivering high-risk supports - along with access to our full video module library, step-by-step guides, continual documentation updates, monthly newsletter and direct email support. All Access includes everything in Core plus all six specialist module packs (Modules 1, 2, 2A, 3, 4 and 5) with their corresponding videos and guides, making it the complete solution for providers delivering specialised supports. All Access members also receive priority email support with a 24 hour response time. If you're unsure which membership is right for you, email us and we'll point you in the right direction.
I have already purchased a pack from Provider One - Can I upgrade my membership?
Absolutely - contact us directly and we'll work out an upgrade price that takes your previous purchase into account. We don't want you paying twice for something you already have.
Do i need to buy the Done-For-You customisation or is it included?
Documentation templates are included in your membership. Done-For-You customisation - where we edit every document with your business name, logo and details - is available as an optional add-on at checkout.
Do I need any special software to use the templates?
All documentation is provided in Microsoft Word format so you just need access to Microsoft Word to open, edit and personalise your documents.
What if the NDIS if the NDIS changes its Practice Standards and I need my documentation to be updated?
This is exactly why the membership exists. Whenever the NDIS updates its requirements, we update your documentation and push the changes through to your member portal. You'll also be notified via our monthly newsletter so you're never caught off guard.
What happens if I don't renew my annual membership?
If you choose not to renew you keep everything you've already downloaded, however you will no longer receive critical documentation updates, access to new and revised templates, monthly newsletters or email support. Given how frequently the NDIS updates its Practice Standards and requirements, we strongly recommend maintaining your membership to ensure your documentation remains audit-ready and compliant at all times. Letting your renewal lapse could mean operating with outdated policies and procedures - a risk not worth taking as a registered NDIS provider.
