NDIS Self-Assessment Handbooks

The NDIS Self-Assessment Handbooks are available as an immediate download following purchase and are designed to complement our Certification, Verification and Module Do-It-Yourself Packs.

Once you have selected your desired registration groups in your NDIS application via the PRODA Portal, you will be presented with a list of self-assessment questions you will be required to complete to proceed with your application. Our handbooks provide you with approximately 300-word example responses for each question to guide your answers and show you the type of information the NDIS is looking for.

Please note — these responses are provided as a guide only and must be rewritten in your own words before submitting your application. It is essential that every applicant submits unique responses that reflect their own business, policies and processes. Copying responses verbatim is strongly discouraged and may negatively impact your application outcome
